Unborn Animals in the Womb

Hat tip Young Conservatives.com and Eagle Rising

unb1

I am cross-posting this fascinating piece from Eagle Rising, a conservative blog for which I have just begun writing. It originates with Young Conservatives.com and shows animals in their womb. It also ends with a human baby in its womb.

I wonder if these photos give pause to any of you pro-choice readers.

Anonymous,

I deleted your comment which is anti-Semitic not to mention completely off-topic. It is telling though that you would use this topic to make a statement against Jews. No wonder you remain anonymous.

Not at all. Incidentally, I support moving the boundary currently defined by "quickening" as understood by medical science in 1973, generally the end of the second trimester, back to 20 weeks, which is on the safe side of

(a) cognition, a central nervous system, and,

(b) ability to survive outside the womb without artificial life support.

But these photos give no indication of the internal development, only the external appearance, AND, they provide no information as to what stage of gestation is pictured. If its, e.g., 25 weeks for the human fetus, then I already support constitutional expoundment that leaves it open for states to pass criminal abortion statutes applying to such a late-term fetus. If its 15 weeks, we know there is no central nervous system, just a hollow shell.

Anonymous thinks all Jews should be aborted? What a gross violation of the letter and spirit of Roe v. Wade, which leaves that decision up to the pregnant woman. (Jewish descent is inherited through the female line).

This is one reason why women seeking abortions have second thoughts when they see the actual image of their child.
