In this report from Russia Today, it appears that some humanitarian aid convoys to Syria are transporting fighters from Europe to join the jihad-in this case from the UK.
That is only part of the problem. Every Western country at this point is very concerned about what happens when (or if) these jihadists return.

Imagine that! Jihadists fibbing about their commitment to humanitarian aid.
Of course if Obama coerces Israel to concede to Palestinian demands peace will break out in Syria and around the world. No wonder this is his major foreign policy effort. It's the key to the end of conflict in the world. Even Putin will give up his ambitions and the demise of Israel will have been worth it.
