The Christian convert from Islam in Iran, now a pastor, has been sentenced to death by the barbaric regime in Iran. Some organizations are urging readers to send a message to Sec. of State Hillary Clinton to try to make some sort of an appeal for mercy. I don't know what good that would do, but it seems to me that Rabbi Ysroel Dovid Weiss of the Neturei Karta sect in New York would be the perfect figure to plead for mercy since he is a close friend and supporter of Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.

So if you are out there Rabbi Weiss, would you be interested in asking your friend to intervene and extend mercy? ( I am attempting to get this to him as I write.)
